The Hamernaco servo reducer FHA-11C-50-E200-C for AC servo motor is an executive motor controlled by AC electrical signals. Its main advantages are stable operation, small pulses, no vibration at low speed, wide speed regulation range, short-term overload capacity, good torque characteristics and high control accuracy. However, the control method is complex and the price is expensive. Under the same volume, the output power of AC servo motor is 10 - 70% higher than that of DC servo motor. Therefore, it has been widely used in numerical control machine tools, industrial robots and other occasions with high requirements for motion and position control accuracy.

 

The structure of asynchronous AC servo motor is divided into stator and rotor. The stator winding is placed in the stator core to generate the required magnetic field. The rotor is of squirrel cage type and wound type, with squirrel cage type being the majority. It is characterized by simple structure, easy manufacturing, low price, reliable operation and high efficiency, and is suitable for high-power transmission.

 

The synchronous AC servo motor rotates at the speed synchronous with the magnetic field. It is also composed of stator and rotor. The stator structure of it is the same as that of the general asynchronous motor, while the rotor uses permanent magnets, whose function is to bring the rotor into the synchronous speed. It is characterized by little influence on the speed when the external load changes and high control accuracy. Therefore, it gradually replaces DC servo motor in many application occasions.

 

AC servo motors can be divided into single-phase AC motors, two-phase AC motors and three-phase AC servo motors according to the number of phases of the power supply connected to the stator.
