Harmonic assembly machine harmonic CSF-20-100-2UH-SP is mainly composed of three basic components: wave generator, flexible gear and rigid gear. Harmonic drive reducer is a gear transmission that relies on wave generator to make flexible gear produce controllable elastic deformation and mesh with rigid gear to transmit motion and power.
Organizational forms of assembly
There are many organizational forms of assembly. According to the different combinations of the assembled machines (or parts), assembly work locations, and assembly workers, they can be divided into centralized processes and decentralized processes, as well as mobile assembly and fixed assembly, etc., and there can be many different combinations among them.
The so-called centralized process means that there is only one process for the entire assembly, and all assembly work is completed by only one group of workers at the same work location.
The so-called decentralized process means that the assembly work process is decentralized, and the assembly of a machine is completed by different groups of workers, and each group of workers only completes a part of the specific work tasks. For example, the entire machine assembly process is divided into component assembly and general assembly, several components are assembled by several workers separately, and the general assembly is completed by another group of workers. This is a decentralized process method. For example, the general assembly can be divided into several groups of workers to complete, which is a more decentralized decentralized process.
In the case of dispersed processes, the completion of each process can be divided into three typical ways according to the different objects being moved:
① When one process is completed and the next process is carried out, the product is moved from one assembly position to another, while the assembler does not move in the original assembly position.
② The completion of each process is carried out while the product does not move in the same assembly position, and several groups of workers move in sequence to complete specific assembly work.
③ The workers and the products move at the same time.
