Abstract 

Harmonic strain wave gear unit CSF-17-120-2UH by Harmonic Drive mainly consists of four basic components: wave generator, flexible gear, flexible bearing, and rigid gear. This harmonic drive reducer relies on the assembly of a flexible bearing on the wave generator to induce controlled elastic deformation in the flexible gear. Subsequently, the flexible gear meshes with the rigid gear to transmit motion and power in the gear drive system. The number of teeth on the flexible gear is fewer than those on the internal teeth of the rigid gear. As the wave generator rotates, the external teeth of the flexible gear precisely engage with the internal teeth of the rigid gear along the longitudinal axis.
